Maybe a big episode? The next episode preview doesn't tell us much

It probably will be just because the season lacked any "big" episodes and they are oddly hush hush about it. If not I can imagine the fandom getting buttmad and declaring this the worst season yet, even though it's all around still been better then season 3 which had several "big" episodes.

Story train was pretty big.

It was a great episode, the best of the season even, but was it really big? The only big thing you can get out of it is "this is how we will not end the Evil Morty arc".

Maybe it doesn't need to be "big"? Remember when shows could do that?

Sure but don't lie and say most of the appeal and success didn't come from "big" moments.

>It was a great episode, the best of the season even
really?

This show is getting a bit long in the tooth, I hope they have a planned ending, surely they're not going to let it continue on until it becomes a zombie show like other other adult cartoons that had a strong start, right?

anyone know where/when I can watch it asap?

>we have already seen every clip here
Really gets the nogging joggin

Where's the mega you guys

Was 0:45 part of the Story Train episode?

Yes, when Morty got out of the train and had a non-canon false awakening.

Can't tell what I want more: For it to be a "big" episode or for it to be a 6/10 normal episode.

do you mean for the rest of the season?

Not interesting anymore

When does it come out?

>expecting a satisfying or dramatic season finale from le subversion nihilist show

>Story train was pretty big.
if you are a literal retard

Why is season 4 so shit? Like goddamnit

looking forward to another Morty and Summer episode

them together was the best part of the last episode

Please tell me you're being ironic. Even Reddit is not being fooled by season 4's antics.
Earlier seasons had character development in every episode. It went something like this: everything starts normal. A character wants something. They do something risky to get that thing and get themselves in a bad situation. They adapt to that situation. Character development happens. Climax: conflict resolution.
Meanwhile in the new season it's like they are going out of their way to avoid any character development. Characters start in a bad situation for the sake of it. It's the family guy formula. No character development ever happens.
And worst of all: their personality is so messed up. Rick used to be much more serious and respectable, in season 4 he is so fucking childish and LOLRANDOM and dumb. I fucking hate season 4. It almost feels like a parody of itself. If they made the last episode about a villain that took control of the series and shat bad episodes, that would make so much sense.

Megabeggars get fucked. The worst posters.

You’re watching a comedy cartoon on adult swim, it’s not supposed to be “big” and “epic”

hello dan harmon

I don't really care about character development. It's a comedy and the episodes in season 4 have been funnier than 3 by orders of magnitude.

This. That 9/11 joke was funnier than anything they did in season 3

I disagree. Season 3 was so annoying with the divorce drama and it ruined episodes that could've been fun with it, I'm glad they stopped doing that shit. The characters should just be a vehicle for the plot, not the other way around.

The whole family will be busy doing something, while the actual episode is the evil morty plot progressing.

I can't wait for The Terrence and Phillip Show
