I think I'll go with the Omniverse version since that's an actual mature and heroic Ben that didn't turned into a jerk like in the original.

I dislike his design and the Biomnitrix that's a land way to make Ben 10000 looks more powerful instead of having more skills and experience

Actually it's an inferior version made by Ben himself it got knocked by a solar flare and fusions are pretty weak i would prefer if ben implemented the evolution function in the new omnitrix
