Oh I see your point now. I think that his success comes from him being the only person really doing that comedy right now. A lot of "random absurdist" channels have shitty unfunny surreal humor ("the cheese is too loud" for example). Sr Pelo's the only one making videos that are truly nonsensical (that i know of) so that's probably why he's as big as he is.
