>The Suicide Squad – Rick Flag (Joel Kinnaman), Boomerang (Jai Courtney), Savant (Pete Davidson), Javelin (Flula Borg), Blackguard (Nathan Fillion) and Weasel (Sean Gunn) – are deployed to the South American island of Corto Maltese by Amanda Waller (Viola Davis). Their mission is to assassinate “The General” (Juan Diego Botto), who has committed a coup, but are defeated by Mongal (Mayling Ng), an alien warrior under The General’s command.
>Some leaks claim that the entire Squad is killed. Some leaks claim that the entire squad is captured. Some leaks claim that most of the Squad is killed, Flagg is captured and Boomerang joins The General for survival.
>Waller must assemble a new team to complete the mission, and recruits Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Vigilante (Idris Elba), Ratcatcher (Daniela Melchior), Peacemaker (John Cena), Polka-Dot Man (David Dastamalchian) and King Shark (Steve Agee).
>Vigilante is reportedly an ex-military and old friend of Flagg’s who was incarcerated for killing corrupt officials, and agrees to lead the mission in exchange for reuniting with his estranged daughter (Storm Reid).
>Ratcatcher is a teenage criminal who lives in the sewers of Gotham City, can telepathically control rats and is a specialist in poisonous gases. She becomes Vigilante’s surrogate daughter.
>Peacemaker is an unhinged, violent biker who claims to be a pacifist who loves peace so much he is willing to kill for it.
>Polka-Dot Man is a struggling aspiring supervillain ashamed of his meta-human ability to turn the polka dots covering his costume into a variety of weapons and powers like knives and fireballs.
>King Shark is a sentient human/shark hybrid and self-proclaimed long-lost price of a race of Atlantean shark-men, dismissed by others as a failed science experiment.
>Harley is Harley.
