He isn't a fat neck beard, he isn't an incel, he's literally just a weird skinny kid that's a bit stupid and overall unremarkable except for the fact that he goes on space adventures throughout other dimensions with his grandfather. Which is bound to put Morty in situations where he ends up attractive to someone or another.
In most scenarios it's because either something of Rick's caused Morty's entire personality to change, making his charismatic and sauve thus having an attractive personality, or just different in general like having the safety net of the time saving device. Which gave him endless new experiences that changed him from being that awkward teenager all the time into someone that can actually socialize with girls.
Until Rick shattered his dreams with the whole killing Morty's thing.
