I do not disagree, but a lot of these characters had plenty of opportunities to put her in her place, they just couldn't do it without putting themselves at great risk. Ty Lee and Iroh come to mind. Ozai enabled her bullshit and the others weren't around her acting as role models or friends. Azula would be impossible to discipline even if Ozai wanted to do it. Hence her mother being hateful and fearful of her leading to her meltdown.

Zuko was such a little bitch that he had to get special dragon training and a giant nerf to Azula to somewhat stand a chance. If it wasn't for Azula's nerf she'd win if Katara wasn't there.

This. Iroh with his powers going all out would destroy Azula, but he'd be too soft and see the child in her. In that moment, she'd take the advantage and have no qualms about killing him.
As for him vs Ozai, I think it's completely what he said: it would be a close fight either way, since his brother is younger and certainly seems more spritely compared to Iroh's raw power, but it wouldn't have been the way to beat him, so a fight between them wouldn't really have happened.

azula held off the avatar, iroh, zuko, katara, toph, and sokka at the same time which i would argue is in some ways more impressive. azula knows both if you take the comics as canon but even if you don't i dont see why her not knowing about one technique means that iroh is better overall. as for taking down "elite guards" i mean lol ty lee took down the whole dai li with her bare hands so.
