Manhwas are primarily made by artists that work on outsourcing firms in Korea so most of them go unscathed due to how Korea want these artists to develop something original in the future instead of being drawmonkeys of the animation industry

Korean and Chinese comics that resemble Japanese comics are allowed on Zig Forums to an extent.
