All of them are canonically lacking in common sense, except Numbuh 5. Hell, Numbuh 1 even admits it when he makes her leader at the end.

He's the most physically capable member of the team and really good on solo missions. Despite being a dumbass, he's still able to follow orders well enough and coordinate with the rest of the team.
