How about a prequel movie. Adora finding Catra, and how Shadow Weaver raised them. Maybe wrap it with the frame story that happens after the events of the show with Adora and Catra travelling through space and reminiscing about their childhood.

Something tha expands on lore and it's interesting and notjust 24/7 slice of life. The end for this show was nice and if Noelle really doesn't have anything interesting to add then she should just end it where it is now.

The only plot point I can see being used for a movie is Angella and I really can't see that happening without disregarding Glimmer's development. Maybe the aftermath of Horde Prime's execution or a prequel.

In a previous thread, someone offered the idea of SW posing as Angella to Force Ghost Glimmer into freeing her.
That got me thinking, what if SW's shadow demon from another reality somehow managed to 'save' SW, by anchoring her to the breach between realities, having her somehow tied to Angella? Saving one means saving the other, nd bringing back SW will have all sorts of ramifications on Glimmer, Catra and Adora.
I also think the best way to introduce He-Man is by having him be introduced after he has already won his war. So, you don;t need to introduce the entire world and conflict, you can just introduce him, Adora's parents, and have their focus solely on their daughter. It would also be interesting to examine what happens to the Universe's Greatest Warrior, if he no longer has a war to fight. What if he becomes some sort of White Knight, deciding for Adora what is best for her, namely to 'rescue her from this backwater planet and bring her back home'? It may be coming from a place of good intentions, but it's still denying Adora her agency.
