The villains in villainous are an actual successful organization as opposed to Hector Con Carne getting the shit beaten out of him by fish gi joe every episode.
I find it to be a discount pic related more than Con Carne. Right down to the character elements each character has.
At least League of Super Evil had a clever joke in the title (The acronym is L.O.S.E.)
