i fucking hate seeing people with game collections like this because you know damn well they've only played like less than 1% of those games.

and yes, im mad and jealous. sure i play most of my stuff through emulation but thats because i cant afford physical copies of old games.

I sold all my Physical copies after I needed money to move out for less then what I bought them for to ashamed All I got left is a 10 year old tablet with about 27 GB of CBR files. mostly Zig Forums recommendations but my collection used to be around 7,000 dollars. wish I had taken a picture. to show off now All I got is empty shelf's.

But I'm waiting for LCS to die completely. Floppies are stupid as fuck. If you like a comic, buy the graphic novel collection of it.

Don't get jealous. It's not worth it. If you only care about playing them, emulation is often better these days. If you care about collecting, you can recognize how it's a hobby unto itself, related but different.

The important thing is YOU like your pops. If you love what you do and show it to the world, women will appreciate that.

Though, I suppose I am jealous of having a stable living place to build a nice setup like that. I move about once a year and have really kept it low-key just because moving is such a pain.

I use to collect lots of action figures and a physical dvd collection but when I was uncertain whether I'd be moving or not, I also sold everything. From that point on, I had more of a minimalist mentality when it came to collecting physical stuff. I still like to hoard things I like digitally though, but just know that with the money you save from not collecting so much, you dont have to work as hard either. It's worth it

95% of my purchases is already trades and graphic novels.
I usually only get floppies for the really small time stuff that I sometimes think if I didn't they wouldn't make it to completion in trade form. Like being a $5 patreon supporter that comes with a free magazine to add to the pile.
