>Died of complications from Agent Orange exposure back in Vietnam

It's fucked to believe that America was using shit so toxic that we're still seeing the effects of it.

You can never go back.
NEVER GOOOOO BAAAAAACK

Like holy fuck. How long ago was Vietnam, anyway? Somewhere between 50-60 years ago?

It was the 70s

F

>1970 was 50 years ago.

It started in 1955

>May 29th
>It's June 21st
Alright, how the FUCK did it take this long for us to hear about this?

agent orange

Wait he’s been dead since May 29th, and only than did this become news? That’s legit pretty fucked up.

his family might've wanted it kept private for a time while everyone was told and they had some time to grieve themselves.

It's better this way man, can you even imagine being Kobe Bryant and having your death used for news clicks like not even 30 minutes after it occurs?

>another death due to covid

DAMNIT, HE WAS TOO YOUNG

He actually died though to complications from Agent Orange, an herbicide that was used as a chemical weapon during the Vietnam war.

Corona had jackshit to do with it, it says right there that it was fucking Agent Orange that did him in.

>How long ago was Vietnam, anyway?
Vietnam was a turboclusterfuck and actually 2 wars jammed together acting as a continuation of a 3rd war. It technically started in 55, but realistically started in 45.

And the worst part is the whole damn thing could have been avoided if we'd just told France to go pound sand for being imperialist dicks, but "Muh Commies". Every single fucking power in the region was an asshole (including us), but the fucking commies were the least assholes of the bunch (and more importantly actually had a stable fucking base and popular support).

Yeah I can't say that this is something I expected to read today, or ever.

Is it really that surprising? It's not like the vets of that particular war have died out yet.

Some folks were born...

IMDb is usually pretty thorough but I see nothing there about The Jungle Book or Bedknobs and Broomsticks. His animation career is given as starting with Dynmoutt in 1976 and continuing until Courage the Cowardly Dog in 2002, having spent the previous decade as a sheet timer. He also worked on the ADGTH series and not the movie.

Usually they only announce it when they are ready if it's lower key individuals
The one guy from Kraftwerk had like a month between his death and it being announced
