I don't think tdkr was a bad movie. It gets meme'd on a lot, but I don't think it's as bad as people portray it.
It's just ok, middling at best and at worst. It has some cool moments but it also has some pretty dumb moments too.

I thought it was stupid how in Joker after the woman acts like she doesn't know who Arthur is, they have to go back and montage every scene they were together in to show that she wasn't there.
What can you do about it, though? There'll always be idiots who need everything explained to them, and they're paying just as much money for a ticket as anyone else, so most studios don't want to leave them in the dust.
