Planetary will always be a beautiful love letter to the medium of comics, but I think the last new thing I read from him was the first issue of Karnak and I wasnt that impressed. Also, still kind of mad Desolation Jones just... ended. Newuniversal I get, that book probably wasnt selling well, but he could have kept DJ going.

Does this mean a new, better, reboot of the Wildstorm Universe that doesn't shit on everyone who wasn't the Authority?

Yeah, that killed any interest in reading his other novels. Had a good elevator pitch but actual development of the story was weak as fuck.
