I just don't get how you make a live service looter shooter type with very specific characters. At least the first two Borderlands had characters that were blank enough. It's going to be weird hopping in to a game with like five Thors running around unless they do some multiverse shit, but they aren't.

Even then I still wasn't sold on it, stylized designs can let you get away with not showing detail that would make things that look alright turn out jarringly out of place.

Marvel Heroes died because of gross mismanagement from shitfuck suits that led to content and design decisions that nobody wanted or asked for, same as why Deus Ex is in the state it's in now before you want to bring that up, too.
I loved Marvel Heroes too. I still think about it sometimes.
What about this looked awful to you though? I thought it looked pretty fun.
I just found that it looked really slow and clunky. None of the attacks felt like they had weight, the character models looked weird and it looked like a destiny clone. It just doesn't look fun. The co-op bit with friends might be ok but the rest just didn't appeal to me.
