It's not you, it's just that designers want to try out their best leotard outfits on a blue THOT, and they can't make up their minds. In this case they went with one of the best KF designs, even if this show's style doesn't do her justice like in the movie. And they did was glammed Livewire up with some shoulder pads because she's still wearing a leotard. But that is a good look on her.

Bizarrely enough, right now DC Universe seems to have better infrastructure. DCU streams in 4k, while HBO max streams in 720p.
