The Membranes are Mexican.
Isabella being Mexican is such bullshit
Guacamole guacamole, do not lewd the mexiloli.
Charlene has had one too many tortilla chips.
>Based

>jorgeshit so it's garbage

Penny Sanchez
>calls one of jorge's characters garbage but calling another of his based
>Five of these latinx characters are voiced by white girls.

>>jorgeshit so it's garbage
>Another Jorge character
>>based
the farts are gone(doubt you'll get this one)
now this thread is about daughterus.
these little rascals need a proper paternal figure.
mine is yonah.
I get that not all Hispanics are brown, but in what world in "Membrane" as Spanish last name?
ah, yes. I love mexilolis
and these two were voiced by people of latinamerican descent so no dumbass fearmongering here
>but in what world in "Membrane" as Spanish last name?
Invader Zim.
for some reason i thought they were asian
I know the answer to this one, you thought Gaz had Asian eyes, didn't you?
I respect you immensely for this, daughterus rise up.
her diet is fine
whats with Mexicans and goth girls. and pretty much just weird girls in general
This can sound weird but the Rock/Punk/metal/emo/Darks. never died south of the border is like if the mid 00`s scene never ended
creative personalities are very non-conformists and goths are the poster childs of nonconformism.
This is me just bullshitting but my guess is that the rest of the world follows American cultural trends and each region trails a little behind. It's probably similar to how the Simpsons is popular in Latin America. The trend of being goth or how girls in America acted a few years ago might still be popular there.
retconned for diversity market of the movies. virtually nothing in the original series indicated this.
its sad knowing that you probably believe this
membrana is the spanish cognate. they didn't use that. dib is a white boy.
That's not a retcon, Jhonen said they were Mexican years ago but didn't mention it in the show because "it wouldn't serve the story".
traced it back to fucking tumblr, if that's your source...
>In most cases I wouldn’t say I apply it in any conscious way, but yeah, I’m a thing so a lot of my characters are also that thing. Johnny’s Mexican but it’s never played into WHO he is. What he is is just what he is but there hasn’t been any temptation to have him announce it. Same goes for Dib and Gaz and their dad (pasty Mexicans like my brother and his so-white-looking Village of the Damned children), or Squee (white and Filipino like a lot of my friends growing up), or ZIM, who is IRKEN, but you don’t see him…wait…okay, ZIM’s maybe the exception to my characters telling you who and what they are.
seems like that wiki entry is misterpreting something he said about johnny. they're paraphrasing him heavily there. check your shit. if they're of mexican descent they have so little traces of it they're completely americanized. mexican is a nationality not a race.
yeah and a bunch of mexican creators working on cartoons were part of those scenes too. specifically I can recall Jorge Gutierrez and Sandra Equihua.
also those scenes were mixed with all different kinds of scenes too? so even teens who weren't exactly punk would be exposed to the style since it was so prevalent and it even even seeped into scenes that are completely removed from rock. it's great!
I more of a mexiteen type of guy myself.
The best part of a Mexican loli is watching that juicy latina ass and breeding mare hips balloon as she grows older. Same with black girls.
