Yeah you should. It's at the very least enjoyable form what I remember.
There is also a point where her decapitated body fight as a giant mecha but honestly I can't tell you if that was a fever dream or not.

I just wanna see this cutie so I can dream about her smooth robot crotch, but if it's also an enjoyable show in its own right, then even better.

I haven't watcehd it in a while but here are certainly some odd gems in it.
The monkeys have special fists with power and at one point a guy swap his hands with one of the monkey's, and there is a somewhat disturbing moment when he try to fight with the meat and bone fists, and the others monkeys find it repulsive (to be fair you can see the bare flesh on the wrists)
But in the end it's a show more aimed to children, it's got it's own charm but it's not a masterpiece.
