Reminder that Goku is vulnerable when he's in his base form and is canonically unable to react fast enough to even a normal laser blast (movie he's in his god form and anime he's in his base form). He's lucky he's not in a world with snipers and enemies that will attack him out of nowhere.

It's supposed to make the person untouchable because they're fighting based on pure instinct, defending and dodging with ease while delivering heightened attacks to cause the most damage. The problem is that it's now treated as a normal power up. And even when Goku masters it he gets hit and just lost to Moro with it. So it's like spider sense on steroids but just super saiyan blanco and even then it's nothing special. It looks cool though.
