I thought Boondocks was a violent show about gangster children who killed people for real and shit.

Thought Freakazoid was the same character as The Creeper

How or why???

Yesh I had a missed idea about this show too. Thought it was about rap or some shit

I thought John Constantine was more of a Adam Warlock type of character, as in he was extremely powerful and he was in space a lot.

I legit thought Discord from that horse show was the villain of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends due to his design looking like some thing that be in it. I have no clue how I came to that misconception.

I was like 8 when I saw it, I just assumed it was Harley because they’re both Joker’s girlfriend. Also I saw pic related on a shirt and thought it was a still from a later movie.

The space part came from from seeing some panels with unusually colored backgrounds, I assumed the action must be happening on another planet rather than that the colorist was just being creative.

I thought The Thing was a little kid who was turned into a giant rock man.

I thought there was only one Disney park and California was a city in Florida

I thought Tailspin was suppose to be a futuristic world set in the same universe as jungle book and all the MC were descendants of the characters in jungle book. I kept waiting for fucking humans to show up. I was a fucking dumb kid.

He sort of was. Timm admits that his portrayal of The Creeper was what Freakazoid would have been like had the execs not demanded stupid-wacky-random humor.

I thought Iron Man was a robot. I didn't realize until later that he was a guy in a suit.

I thought the Black Sabbath song Iron Man was about Iron Man and was specifically about him returning from Secret Wars all fucked up or something and that he'd become a villain.

>Spider-Man was bitten by a regular spider

>Venom was a tarantula

Me and several other kids in grade 3 thought this was sound logic.

I thought the same thing about Ice Cube. You know, in the time before Are We There Yet.

I used to get confused between Ice Cube, Ice-T and Vanilla Ice.

Same thing with Micheal Jordan and Michael Jackson.

The 90s X-Men is where I first saw the Juggernaut. The army tries to stop him with tanks, but he says, "Stick and stones may break my bones but tanks can never hurt me!"

I thought he wasn't joking. For a long time, I thought Juggernaut's weakness was getting hit with sticks or stones.

When I first learned of Batman Beyond and saw the supporting cast, I thought Dana was Inque before she was mutated.

Funny thing is that the DVD for Return of The Joker had an interactive quiz on the series, and one of the fake answers for "Who is Dana?" actually was "Inque's secret identity".

I used to think Barda's helmet was her hair.
But to be honest I'm pretty sure I thought this a fair bit pass being a kid.

So this guy was my first time seeing Green Lantern. And since all he ever did with his ring was shoot some green laser beams, erect force field domes, and carried heavy stuff, I thought that was all the ring could do. I didn't know he could construct any object ever with it for a while.

You're not too far off.

I thought South Park made up Scientology. Then this scene happened and I did a double take.

I thought Lydia and Beetleguise where BF and GF until I saw the movie, when I realized he was a pedo who was marring a teenager against her will.

i had a hard time accepting ben reilly was the clone all along

Based on this poster alone, I thought Roxanne and Pauly Shore's characters where way more involved in the plot of the movie, like they joined them on the road trip.

I used to think that Electro and Shocker were brothers and that Shocker was born without powers, so he built gauntlets to be just like his brother

Attached: Electro and Shocker.jpg (1024x665, 207.81K)

that would make for a fun what if story

In a similar vein I thought Gambit was Cyclop's brother.

Which frankly still makes more sense to me then Havok

Yeah, I can see that.

Also, I thought that it was weird Spider-Man had two "electric" villains until I figured out that Shockers powers project a concentrated blast of compressed air that vibrates intensely.

>I thought Alicia from Batman 89 was supposed to be Harley Quinn

You weren't alone. Some sites (I think maybe Ain't it Cool or something) were thinking that Harley Quinn (for Schumacher's next planned Batman movie after Batman and Robin) would be Alicia.
