I smoked for 5 years, then the vaping began and i switched to that. i weened myself off vaping by using weaker and weaker nicotine concentrations until i hit 0mg and stopped vaping. I havent smoked or vaped in 8 years and the smell makes remember the taste and feel of inhaling that shit and i retch.
