The show was already going downhill by the later seasons, I don't want to see what it'd become as a reboot. They'd have to hire new writers, I assume, so they're not going to understand the characters as well. I could see them getting around this by having it take place a little later, maybe when Bobby is in college or something.

As much as I would like to see it back, I doubt it'll be of the same quality. Especially considering the show already declined in quality in the last few seasons.
I think B&B is an easier show to revive, as it has a much simpler premise, and was more like a sketch comedy rather than a sitcom.

1. The show never quite becomes "bad", but it definitely drops in quality at season 7, and coincidentally that also when Peggy becomes a full on unbearable cunt.

2. Mike Judge has become more political and more liberal since the show ended as has Kathy Najimy. So letting those two come back in this climate would ruin it. Judge even wanted to make an anti-Trump ads in 2016, and I think and anti-Trump cartoon in 2017.

If they brought it back it'd be Hank complaining how Trump is an inappropriate New Yorker and not a real republican like Dubya and Reagan.
Meanwhile Peggy helps groom Bobby to be transgendered.
