DESU i feel like most Americans who are out protesting don't want a complete removal of cops but more of a major reform like making police face consequences for their actions and also I think we need a world where police aren't called for every issue like sure if a violent crime is happening like a robbery or a murder, than call the police but if someone is having a mental breakdown or some homeless dude is loitering around your store, I feel like their should be someone who is more qualified to handle those types of situations .

All of this would be great, but not entirely for the reasons described in the pic. There would be straight fucking chaos to begin with, but I don't see that as the worst thing compared to what happens if cops keep militarizing. Holding people accountable for their own protection is preferable to handing the task to uniforms who'll inevitably corrode civil rights in their favor. So long as the 'protectors' and the protected exist as distinct entities, the former will be a threat to the latter's freedom.
It's strange to observe that the 'God-appointed' monarchs and nobles of yesteryear were originally just the guys with spears and clubs running protection over the people who chose to farm. But that's how it is.
