Who has the moral high ground or are both of them just acting like kids?
Adrian Hernandez
Jayden Hernandez
I mean, modern xmen proves Cyclops was right the entire time.
Brayden Harris
I mean, modern xmen proves Cyclops was wrong the entire time.
Carter Bennett
/thread
Jaxson Gomez
This was stupid all around.
Jose Allen
When did anyone in comics ever not behaved like they were kids
Grayson Rogers
Nothing about Mutants and X-men makes sense to Marvel universe as a wholre so Cyclops is wrong by default
John Davis
Neither because this was written poorly and doesn't get as much shit as it deserves
Leo Garcia
he shouldn't have called him a mugga
Sebastian Thompson
Scott is a little bitch. He has it easy as a mutant, no physical mutation. He took it too far in AvX when he wouldn't surrender the Phoenix Force and kept teasing Hope with it. He took it even further when he killed Chuck. You got some issues when Logan has the moral high ground.
Carter Cox
Scott was right.
Asher Parker
>Scott: Da fenix is coming to repower mutants
>Phoenix comes back and no one gets their powers back
>it takes Wanda and Hope using chaos magic and Kun lun mystic mumbo jumbo to stop it
>inadvertently cause normal people with latent x-genes to become new mutants, depowered mutants still depowered
>Scott: I was right!
Anthony King
>Nothing about Mutants and X-men makes sense to Marvel universe as a wholre
this, should have been in their own universe
David Taylor
Scott thought everything would just work out and didn't prepare for anything. Avengers overreacted and made thing worse.
The author should be hung and this shitty crossover needs to ignored because it somehow made everybody look bad.
Luis Allen
Honestly, they're both acting like retards.
The entirety of AvX hinged on the reader not having read the Dark Phoenix Saga or anything that came after it.
Scott was in the wrong because he was giving brutal training to his granddaughter that was about to become a goddess. People only go Dark Phoenix if they're manipulated or pushed there by an outside force, he should've at least taken her straight to the Phoenix instead of just waiting on Earth.
Steve was in the wrong for invading a sovereign state with an army of Avengers instead of trying to compromise, also for continuing to attack the X-Men after they were legitimately making the world a better place.
Logan was in the wrong for lying about how the Phoenix is solely a force of destruction and will kill everyone once it reaches Earth.
Beast was in the wrong for not calling out Logan.
Avengers vs X-Men was a bloated mess and a poor excuse to make the two teams fight each other. Again, the story hinged on the reader not knowing jack shit about the Phoenix Force or any Phoenix-related stories.
Luke Reyes
More like
>Scott: The Phoenix is coming to save my people
>Avengers: Imma kill it!
>Avengers attack Phoenix, causing it to split its power among five mutants
>Avengers: Imma kill it some more!
>Wolverine: Imma kill the seventeen year old girl
>Cap: You're off the team.
>Wolverine: Fuck Cyclops
>Cap: You're back on
>X-Men: Fuck Cyclops
>Cap: We A-Men now.
> A-Men attempt to assasinate PhoenixClops which leads to him kiling Xavier
>A-Men: MURDERER! TERRORIST! HITLAH!
Blake Howard
"authors", AvX had 5. And somehow, every single one of them forgot that the "driving force" behind the event was making more mutants until the last second.
Ethan Gomez
Man that's a lot of moral debate and general dialogue to have in the presumable 3 seconds each panel depicts.
Christian Foster
Can you blame them, every world the Phoenix flew through was scoured of all life.
Adam Wright
At this point I just want Nimrod and Ultron to team up and wipe out all organic life, it's for the best.
Grayson Miller
You know, we never did find out what damaged Nimrod before he showed up the first time.
Jordan Jenkins
damn mugga chill
Hudson Powell
Scott was right and even Reed agreed with him by the end. The entire event was a joke same with all modern X-men that does nothing but attempt to defame Scott which just makes fans like him more.
Jason Turner
Nah
Matthew Williams
Was the Phoenix's freak out even explained or was it making a genocidal murder dash to earth just because?
Blake Sanders
Scott, though he's forced to act retarded too. Avengers are psychopathic in this.
>let's go shoot this cosmic being
>let's being an army to a sovereign nation an attempt to take a minor by force
>noooooo the X-Men can't create utopia on earth reeeeeee
Owen Russell
>attempt to assasinate PhoenixClops which leads to him kiling Xavier
Nothing of the sort happened he killed Xavier because Xavier wasn't go to roll down like a dog.
William Hernandez
>killing a lying fuck who has and will again mindfuck you
He did nothing wrong, all telepaths get the rope
Juan Rodriguez
Fucking Cyclops summoned the cosmic being
A cosmic being that has a death toll in the hundreds of billions
>let's go shoot this cosmic being
Was literally the smartest decision they could have made.
>>noooooo the X-Men can't create utopia on earth reeeeeee
They didnt bring utopia anywhere.
Carter Lopez
Cyclops was a telepath too when he had phoenix powers and he regularly marries em too.
The only reason why you like him is because he already got to you.
Liam Hernandez
>the rope
If by rope you mean dick, then yes you understand Scott. Chuck's sin was being born a man
Jaxon Rogers
No, it was coming regardless. Retarded avengers thought they could stop it by shooting it.
Sebastian Moore
Cyclops. He was literally right because using the Phoenix power turned out to be the right thing to do, so long as it was Hope who was channeling it.
I may be mis-remembering but doesn't AvX end with Hope Summers and Wanda fusing their Phoenix and Chaos powers to re-power tons of mutants?
Zachary Adams
It's been well established that people don't have control over what they're doing when they have the Phoenix, this whole thing just looked bad on Cap's part.
Jaxson Mitchell
Scarlet Witch made mutants happen again?
Dominic Gomez
She just turned all the mutants gay, turns out you can't be gay and have powers.
Hudson Bennett
But if they try to fix the Middle East in any other way than destroyed Israel the Muslim world will call the X-Men actions as Zionist conspirac.
Jaxon Thompson
It was basically running errands before coming to Earth
>Raze this planet barren planet and restart life there
>Get back the tiny portion of power the Kree stole to resurrect Mar-Vell
>Hook up with redhead on Earth
