Why are superfags so stressed? Both are interesting "good" characters when written well. If it's about popularity that's another story. Aquaman this century has had a welcomed glowup be it from comics, to a successful movie, to being the outrageous scene stealer in another fuckers show. But does it need to be said how much of a joke he was made out to be for years? Superman never sank to those depths, where he was just the butt of the joke for decades. It's just his relevance has waned and world's taste has changed and creators have had a tough time tapping into that. But it's not like Superman is hurting for adaptations he still leads that race.
