It's so fucking sad that no one gives TLM2 a chance. When i saw the first movie it really tackled the issue of being creative in these modern times and i'll go as far as to say it shaped my personality a bit. When TLM2 came out i was having problems with girls and hated these gender wars that were going on on social media and in real life. TLM2 touched on these topics so carefully and correctly that i thought it'd win an award or something. But unfortunately it didn't. Just to send Lego a message to keep these movies going i bought every (except 2) Lego Movie 2 set.

The marketing for TLM2 fucking killed any chance it had at making it, everyone thought and still thinks that it was a boys vs. girls affair. From complaints from a Czech(?) guy I saw on /toy/ once some dubs also went in this direction. It's a shame, and now with the move from Warner Bros. to Universal I'm not sure if the TLM/TLM2 cast will get a chance again.

I saw that there's wave 2 info for the monkie kid sets, one of which has the spider queen in it, so I think she'll show up in the next batch of episodes, since the first wave of the sets only included stuff seen in the first two episodes
