nope. None of the JSA are really in anything since The New 52 happened because they all got shoved to Earth-2.
Stargirl was part of Johns' New 52 projects (Justice League of America, Justice League United), but nothing lasted for more than around ~18 issues. She was also really missing the legacy aspect.
In Rebirth, there was Doomsday Clock that she appeared in with a new JSA (featuring Beth and Yolanda).
But Doomsday Clock's continuity was murky, with Snyder straight up saying that it wasn't canon to his future of what the DCU was (which was then deleted from the interview). Didio (prior to getting fired) also said that Doomsday Clock would be a Black Label book if it had started later (meaning it's considered an elseworld by editorial).

I'm hoping they keep up with JSA trades at a faster rate. I missed the three gigantic omnis when they came out (plus I hear the build quality is pretty bad), but they only have three thick trades re-released.
Book four is aiming for October, and only collects up to #45
