Characters more interesting and likable than most of the main cast

I was bummed that he didn't stick around longer.

Best arc in the entire series, decide to do absolutely nothing with her after that. For a long time I thought CN was just forcing them to keep the status quo so the show could be re-run friendly but with all the shit they pull out later in the series is clear that they had quite amount of freedom and it was their decision to just leave her on the sidelines.

He had charm and came off as someone wise but not pretentious. he could completely understand where Isaac was coming from and rather than just go against he gave him some words of advice

Bump

if it's popular in japanese, you know it has a good design

I genuinely liked how Isaac's whole arc in season 3 was just him having thoughtful conversations with weird and interesting people.

Went from who cares to someone with an interesting arc

>philosopher tortured into selling out his friends and murdered afterwards goes to Hell
>doctor trying to reform Dracula and use science to help others goes to Hell
>demons basically have free reign of the world now, because Dracula was pissed
Is it canon that the God in Castlevania is just an ineffectual asshole?

He's a character constantly pushed into situations with no perfect, or even good solutions, but always tries his hardest to work with it.
His abuse, trauma and how he deals with it is interesting, even if it's never really addressed in the show.
And the fandom hates him based off of hunches and headcanons that were proven wrong in a single episode.
Jimmy and Ozpin are the only reasons I stick around RWBY anymore in how interesting their concept are.
If only they were in the hands of more competent writers...

what about shuma gorath? he only seems to be popular in japan and hes just tentacles

Saga was cool for a good while. I don't even know the characters' goals anymore

Fucking sick

>fill show with interesting gems with diverse stories
>focus on nobody townie adventures
What were they thinking?

What makes her so interesting?

And then he fucks the bitter tranny because blue haired kids eat enemies-to-lovers shit up

I think Zuke engineered the whole barn situation to try to canonize her ship and then the rest of the crew couldn't come up with a good way to unfuck Peridot.

I don't want to devalue Peridot's character arc, personality, etc, etc, but you KNOW PERFECTLY WHY the design is so popular.

if i remember correctlyfrom the games, yes

She was the best because when characters are shown struggling for their goals, it lets the viewer feel a part of their desire, to feel a stake in their success or failure.
In contrast, when Bojack is shown mainly being whiny and inactive, it invites apathy.
