Not really since Wonder Woman would only know Superman as Superman. While Lois admires Superman and gets wet for him. And when she found out that Clark is Superman, she settled for Clark since its a package deal.
Wonder Woman and Superman pairing is terrible for differences reasons than Superman and Lois pairing. With the former, writers will usually shaft Wonder Woman in an attempt to make Superman the alpha. Degrade Wonder Woman's supporting cast to prompt up Superman. Make the female supporting cast wet for Superman because he is Superman. Make the male supporting cast act retarded and jealous of Superman.
