how would the metaphysics of the worlds work together? Like in GB, eveil spirits are visible. In evil dead they have to possess something.

The Deadites only really need to possess things because Kandar seems to naturally lack a proper form unless summoned to eradicate the world. They're a demonic hivemind that acts more like an unending infection rather than your average evil spirit. Eligor and other demons like Baal don't need vessels to manifest.
