Is gaz the queen of Zig Forums goths?

She's my queen, at least.

This. She has gothy fashion, but basically EVERYONE in Jhonen Vasquez's Invader Zim had gothy fashion to some degree. She's more of a Zig Forums-rage "git gud" angry gamer than a goth. In the new movie she doesn't even really dress that gothy anymore.

Goths really actually suck, don't they?
They look good, they look cool, but that's it. With very rare exceptions, they are void and boring.

Do they have a reason to be all gloomy?

She's the best one because at least she has a personality, and her goth looks are just incidental. Her personality doesn't even really go with her looks, she is not just one-dimensional and boring.

Gaz is smart, gloomy, and angry. Oh, so interesting!

Lucy Loud is the best-looking Loud, the most popular Loud, but the most boring and one-dimensional Loud, even in the Loud House which is a show with nothing but one-dimensional characters.

Creepy Susie has the personality of a wet noodle.

I don't know exactly what Ruby Gloom does well, but all other goths should take notes.

Goth fags, at least be honest: you like them because you think they look cool.

Gaz actually has a sweet side to her, one that was displayed before the movie, even. There was a whole episode of her rescuing Dib because she really wanted to go eat pizza with her dad. In a show that was so relentlessly cynical, it was pretty noticeable.

I think you will appreciate this. Yes, goth as a style looks cool but as you said personality goes a long way. I blame Ruby as part of the reason for me getting into goth girls.

I think they simply never got the chance to use her for more. The series ended before she could return, and the comics are one-shot gags, rather than anything trying to play off of an overarching story. So rather than make her an interchangeable villain of the week or give her a rushed subplot in the movie they just don't use her at all.
