That's what I was thinking. She doesn't look much like Teff, having different eyes, hair, and not being, ya know, a mouse. Though she does have some peculiar, somewhat familiar eyes...

I don't know. The "real" Teff we know is a mouse, but even ignoring that, Teff has always been shown with very reigned in hair, with bangs along her forehead (rather than a split) with much rounder eyes. I think we all simply assumed that the kid in that blindfold picture was Teff because we assumed BlueVoice hadn't approached any other girls, but now I'm not so sure.
I doubt they're one and the same, but there is another character with very similar (but not identical) eyes. She shares no other real similarities, though. And given this chapter is supposedly not important to the story, it's probably just a coincidence that they share similar irises.

We know it's Teff because it looks like her and she calls him her Voinik.
It's clearly just him and Teff on a date back when they were kids, though this chapter probably takes place after Shutken (since blue is wearing Voihon clothes now). That time gap could explain how Teff can transform now too.

Like I said, maybe it's a girl he courted before Teff, being he's all culty and shit, and so she called him her Voinik just as Teff would. You're probably right though, the minor discrepancies are just making me question it when it's really likely not THAT deep or confounding. I just like to speculate.

So you could probably translate some other shit just by using T E and F and try fucking with context.
