The story is literally the fourth putting for the concept (in the fourth medium), it’s the fourth time that Sony attempted to make a spider-man movie by shoving as many characters in it as possible and fundamentally the whole thing is only buoyed by its visuals. Hell even kingpin who was a highlight of the movie had his ENTIRE motivation ripped off from the spider-men comic.
