there's already posted which has both adult male and adult female nudity. Titeuf cartoon series had a topless girl, and the film had a girl taking her top off. All these were unrestricted in most of Europe.
Germany has no problem with nudity on TV at any time as long as it does not damage a child's development. They did have a sex advice show using live action with CGI genitals superposed: gebrueder-beetz.de
