Plush scalemates are cursed, I'm fucking telling you. I made those things for a couple girls back when I was at college and every single time I'd give one to someone things would end in complete fucking disaster for reasons beyond my control. The first two ended up being complete nutjobs (not uncommon for homestuck fans) and the third one was secretly round-robining me and five other guys in her friend group.
