None of the post-Frozen 2 material released so far have shown the sisters reuniting.
We have only gotten stories with Elsa doing whatever she does in the Enchanted forest, or Anna attending to her royal duties in Arendelle.
Are they stuck in creative limbo with how to make these characters work together again, or are they saving the reunion for some unannounced thing? What do you think? Have you enjoyed any of the post-F2 content?

Frozen 2 was shit lol just be blunt and write "Frozen Incest Thread" since we know that's the intention

I enjoyed the Olaf shorts for that they were, silly little vignettes. But I really liked the last one, which funnily enough shows Olaf being sad, possibly because Elsa hasn't visited in a while.

Believe it or not, but Elsanna actually makes up a shockingly small percentage of the discussion in these threads.

Yes, "I am with you" was the best post-F2 thing we got.

supposedly they are gonna reunite them in the "explore the north" book but that looks like it's gonna be an activity book so I'd say it doesn't count

there really isn't anything with an actual plot that has reunited them... they have to be planning a short, right?

This guy is the type to show up to a first date and without any small talk blurt out "so are we fuckin or what?" lol jk, this faggot could never get a date

>As he spends his time fantasizing about incest in a 5 year old child's movie

I enjoyed the storybooks for the art. I'm mad we have received almost none of the post Frozen 2 books and comics in English

I gotta believe they're saving the reunion for a short at this point, because otherwise what they're doing doesn't make any sense.

Just ignore the shitposters.

I think a short is an inevitability, but the issue is it may take way longer than Frozen Fever did.

first time back at the disney store since they closed for covid

> has more sex then you
> convinces his girl to dress up like Anna
convincing her to get her sister to dress up like Elsa has been a tougher sell :/

>Frozen ends with Elsa promising to meet Anna again on Friday night
>Immediately skips forward to a statue ceremony, Elsa isn't there
>Books and comics released later show Anna alone, Elsa isn't there
>Even when Anna writes more letters, Elsa takes a day to respond
What other conclusion am I supposed to draw from this, other than "Elsa lied"?

>are they saving the reunion for some unannounced thing
They must be. They HAVE to be.
We're going to get a Kristanna wedding, but it will be completely upstaged by Elsa's grand return to Arendelle. Anna will be so excited to see her sister, she'll forget about her wedding entirely, rush over to her sister, and kiss her on the cheek. All while still wearing her wedding dress, and Elsa in a new dress that suspiciously looks like a wedding dress as well.

I think they can't reunite them for anything substantial without WDAS direct approval, so they're stuck and we must wait for the filmmaking team to do something with the characters.

I'm gonna be extremely optimistic and hope for a short for Holidays next year.

based

Nice find. I'm imagining a surreal visit where all the employees are wearing both masks and Mickey Mouse ears

>Elsa promising to meet Anna again on Friday night
She doesn't though. She reads the letter, which says "Game night this Friday, don't be late, love you sis", then Elsa just says "I love you too" and dumps the letter on the ground, before saying "Let's go for a ride" and taking off in the OPPOSITE direction of Arendelle.
She doesn't respond at all to the actual invitation. We've had no proof that she's ever gone back for a game night. For all we know, Anna invites her week after week, but she never comes.

You should also conclude she's a terrible sister.

Oh shit. So Elsa is a bad girl after all? I wonder how they'll explain it in F3.

I don't think any of the post F2 content has had enough meat to really give us a taste of what things are like between the sisters now. Part of it might be creative uncertainty, but Im guessing wu flu has probably thrown a wrench into things.

I doompost sometimes because its fun and because I hope to meme into existence a fire into existence under the asses of those in charge of the franchise, but in truth I'm cautiously optimistic about the future. I think they COULD use the separation to build tension and angst that makes a reunion extra sweet. Hopefully they are competent enough to pull it off.

they weren't wearing ears, but they did all have masks, and you had to be wearing one as well to enter the store.
the journal came with a poster of that bisected dollhouse-esque view of the inside of the castle, and also features various scenes of rooms actually bound inside it between the lined pages.
I can't wait to use the beach towel when I go to the beach tomorrow.

They must be saving their first on-'screen' reunion for a short, movie, or series, because if they weren't, why wouldn't there be some little kids storybook called "Elsa's First Fifth Spirit Charades" or some shit by now?

I have enjoyed what little we have gotten from the french books, still waiting for an US release, though

>Hopefully they are competent enough to pull it off.
If it's written and directed by anyone else at WDAS, I think they could make something good.

They won't. Elsa will just show up and everyone will fawn over her as always. Anna will forget all about her justified anger towards her, fail some more, and need to be rescued again.

Nice

> hope to meme into existence a fire into existence
For example, hopefully they are more competent then me at writing.

I came here for the storytimes and was shocked by how much you guys hate the movie. I thought it was alright, good music and cute moments.

Just watch. We'll get a short that Jen only produces but someone else writes/directs, and Elsa will express (either alone to herself, or maybe to Honeymaren or Yelena) how she feels homesick and, while she knows she's needed as the Fifth Spirit, really wishes she could just go home and be back with Anna, even if she's not queen again. Then Frozen 3 will happen, fully under Jen's control, and the movie will open with Elsa happily proclaiming "Oh, how I love the Forest and Ahtohallan and never being in Arendelle! Anna WHO?" as she rides Nokk through the Forest.

I liked it too, user.
It's just some people are very angry about the ending and some of the decisions they took with the characters.

The music was great and the animation was godly, but it absolutely massacred the characters and ended on Iconic Disney Duo Separation #3.

don't worry, we love it as much as we hate it

kek
user, if there wasn't just about the right balance of love and hate for the movie in here, I don't think these threads would have lasted for as long as they have.
I enjoyed the movie, but I still have fun with the memes and talking shit about it for kicks and giggles.
Stick around, there's always a good discussion here and there, pics and comics, and stuff.

Didn't expect to come here to get my hopes up for a short, but what many of you are saying makes sense, they have to be planning something

live your truth, user. what do you have to lose?
and it's not a very busy beach at least
