Rhino is fine. He's actually nice and simple compared to all the drama clusterfucks the other villains are, and that's with Rhino's lovelife storylines.
Make him a rhino who wears a man suit rather than a man who wears a rhino suit.

I like Rhino whenever hes shown as some regular joe nobody whos dayjob just happens to be a henchman. he doesnt have any huge grande schemes, and doesnt want to rule the world. He just wants to get paid, have dinner and go home to sleep like everyone else.
I really liked that one story where he was tried of being stupid, and had his IQ raised to genius levels, but he got sick of being smart and wanted to be dumb again. It was "wholesome".

Now Spider-Man has to deal with Rhino and his group of super powered animal friends.
