Making a cool concept is easy, actually delivering on executing the characters and the story and animation and all the other real world nitty gritty is where shit gets tough. The Owl House pitch and original footage and trailers all looked great and promising as well, and it turned out to be a fucking joke.

Why start the show about a MC with multiple lives on his last life. It would've been much more interesting to have him on multiple lives and see how they get used up throughout the seasons. Interesting pitch otherwise.

Back in the 80's when artists got fed up working on garbage cartoons only being made for toy purposes, they shaped up and brought the renaissance that was the 90's age of TV cartoons.
