Yeah there's a lot of indication that this is the actual ending but at the same time Nickelodeon's director of current series and development (whos also the executive in charge of Rise) tweeted this... finale and premiere don't really seem like words you can mix up.

Yeah I really don't know. We're supposed to have at least 13 episodes and a movie left. People have theorized that this is just the end of it being "Rise" of the TMNT and that the show will be rebranded after but I don't want to get my hopes up.
