Whenever I see these kind of things I wonder what kind of logic goes into putting characters from wildly different franchises together. I can understand mixing Marvel and DC because they're pretty similar, but by what logic does one put shrek alongside ironman?

The Chinamen slave camps making this shit have no idea who or what any of these characters are. It's almost certainly based on whichever molds they happened to steal or otherwise get access to.
My guess is bootleggers know exactly which characters are most popular in their respective franchises, so packaging a bunch of most-populars together is more likely to get a buyer. Think of how excited you'd be as a nine year old to have all your favorites in a single package without any of those not-as-fun side characters.
I think those are veeeeery old toys that they never got to sell, so they pack them together and made up a name.
