There is no hack to drawing you have to be coordinated and pay heavy attention to detail and keep at it, a hack would be using a ruler for a straight line not some retard dog fucker dragging and tracing a mouth.

This is horrible and completely disregards jaw anatomy.
If the character needs to open their mouth you intermediately run into problems.
This would only be suitable for a background character in a crowd shot.

Making a human skull with a snout is a pretty bad way of doing it, you want to keep the animalistic proportions of the head to make an anthro not look goofy

I do, I was actually drawing the background of a library some time ago and effectively re-invented that hack by myself - although I didn't think of making a spaced brush, so I just copy-pasted a rectangle a bunch of times, wasting some time

a hack means doing something that isnt otherwise impressive or requires skill, but is just annoying or tedious to do and making it simpler. a good hack makes art better because it cuts the crap and lets an artist really create art
