I'm not seeing any confirmation of anything in the article. Just him speculating over the title of one of the stories Generations: Fractured meaning it's repurposed from the 5G project, when for all he knows it could be a sidestory to the old Generations elseworld minis.

Not that I actually wanted the 5G project to go go through as rumored. The replacements ideas were terrible.

Okay, lets talk through this. All the books right now are set before DC Metal, and the entire premise of it is to wipe the slate clean and go back to how it was. What will actually change when the series is over?

None of the good titles at DC are being effected by it atm. I don't even think any series are really tying into it, outside of Justice League which isn't even being written by Snyder in the first place.

I don't think anyone will be effected by this whole ideal outside of some temporary retarded change for Lex, Wally being slightly different, etc. It won't do anything that you should be annoyed over.

None of the comics I'm reading will be effected by Metal whatsoever. All solicitations for their titles go up until November, or show no sign of any Metal interference. The only title I'm reading that will have a DC Metal tie-in is Justice League, and that's being written by Williamson and actually looks cool. It has fuck all to do with Metal outside of some random shit.

You're making yourself upset over a DC comics event that doesn't even effect current titles, and has no indications that'll effect future titles if you'd look at the solicits. What are you scared of happening? Wally loses his powers? Lex gets his face fixed? Nobody thinks of Heroes in Crisis anymore, and it has Wally murder people and blame his friends for it before almost killing himself twice over. All anybody thinks of now is Wally has Dr Manhattan powers, as well as his kids and wife back. He's currently hanging out with Jay and Barry who both remember him, hugging it out and running around.
