Officially, I think theirs powers are the same, but visually, Kamala only does 2 things: makes her hands bigger or get all bigger.

That hasn’t been true for quite some time now. She got nerfed in her own book and is reduced to big hands and mediocre stretching powers. She is basically the Entangled Man to Reed’s Plastic Man.
