Shmorky was a shitty person and denied the girl (ex gf afaik) her medications that she explicitly needed for mental health.
When it all came crashing down on her (it was psychosis or schizophrenia one of those) Shmorky decided to be a complete asshole and film her mental breakdown for blackmailing and humiliation purposes.
Shmorky is either extremely incompetent or downright malicious, either way thank God she's free.
