If you get a real education you'll find that 'gender roles' are largely made up by marketing departments and that people (regular folks, anyway) aren't obsessed with blue is for boys and pink is for girls. Corporate machines like Gillette made a problem and then 'solved' it.

I don't know who OP is but his name is John K Respecter so he's probably not worth this thread, but when I talk about why I personally don't like most modern cartoons I compare them to Ed Edd n Eddy and Invader Zim. It seems like the standard cartoons is that everything is squeaky clean and morally correct. I miss mean spirited cartoons where characters get hurt and it's supposed to be funny.
I respect SU and Craig of the Creek but I wish it wasn't ALL like that.
