Not liking something =/= writing a review, a good review is actually informative and help the person you're critizing to fix those mistakes rather than replacing a bad idea for another bad idea that fit the "critic" personal tastes.

Not that i don't think it would be nice if reviews were more like you described, but i'm willing to bet most critics just view their work as being "express my opinions on a work as well as i can", it's why guys like Armond White get popular, he obviously knows his shit when it comes to film, but his opinions are what made him get noticed, same thing for internet critics, it's more about how they present their opinions than how "correct" these opinions are

this, you don't need to be a talented or creative artist, to be a good critic all you need to know is how it works so you can point things like how to fix a bad animation full of inconsistencies or a story with a shitty pacing rather than simply saying "lmao this shit is bad like lmao, lmao".
