So, we Marvel Zombies now? Also, what's that gauntlet on Grape Man's left hand?
So, we Marvel Zombies now? Also, what's that gauntlet on Grape Man's left hand?
Ha, now he really IS a ghost rider
Probably controls the dead
Calling it now: Knull functioning as the "7th Infinity Stone" by concentrating his power One Ring-style. You know Cates ain't afraid to go there.
The worst part is I can absolutely see him pulling that.
There’s already a 7th infinity stone tho
I thought the Continuity Gem is out of continuity. Whatever, 8th then.
The important question is: can he beat the Batman who Keks?
Why is Thanos taking the Batman Who Keks route of villainy
It wasn't even original when Kek-man was doing it.
Shit this makes enough sense to be what he does
But this is just a standard zombie apocalypse, it's not the Batman Who Lmaos route of villainy until he also forces them to wear juggalo facepaint and babble about how they're stronger because they broke free of SOCIETY from keeping them down
Put Snyder and Cates in a cage, throw in a sharp stick and see who comes out alive. That's your answer. Snyder gets to call in Didio and Cates gets to call in Starlin as their assist characters.
I am so fucking sick of the Infinity Gems, just do something else already
Bold of you to assume Cates cares or remembers when he made up some OC planets for Galactus to destroy out of necessity because Franklin rez'd the worlds Galactus devoured a while ago but Cates wants you to feel good about Thor kicking Galan when he's down from having the Lifebringer form stripped from him for the stupidest of reasons.
What is the other glove? Something to do with Knull? Also isn't the Marvel Zombies in a time loop?
Hot damn that art is whack.
Yeah as weak as the story is I'll say one thing for this stupid retread of Cates cliches unlike a lot of stories from both sides of the Big Two right now: It has some acceptably pretty pictures.
It's one of three things:
1. It's a fake out and that's not Thanos, it's Thane.
2. Thanos killed Thane and transplanted his death touch arm to him to control the dead
3. Something to do with Knull since Cates is writing him.
>it's Thane
Good joke, that lil' faggot had his chance to punch daddy with the goddamn Phoenix Force and he still ended up begging for mercy after being kicked into a pit run by OCs who can apparently lasso Lady Death like an uppity steer.
What is this?
Thor #6, came out today.
A vision of a hack’s next event after poorly planning to kill off a major character with no repercussions whatsoever.
To be fair those OC's are the only reason he kept getting punked out.
>Than has crazy bullshit Inhuman powers
nah muh three witches strip him of that power
>Than has the phoenix force
Sorry but the witches can easily remove the fire bird
>Death itself is allied with Thane
bah god that's the coven's theme music
>blasting him in the dick
I can’t be the only one who thinks Thor killing Galactus after teaming up with each other to try and kill an even bigger threat is out of character for him, am I? The whole thing just felt kind of sus.
You’re not alone. I figured that Thor understood the necessity of Galactus’ existence. If he wanted to kill him, he could’ve just done away with it at any time when he had enough power. So for him to just immediately go off to kill him once he had the chance felt shady as fuck. Not to mention that Cates wrote Galactus off to be as incompetent as Snyder’s editor throughout the entire arc.
I've can't remember those three old biddies show up in literally anything else. Did...did they just exist to make Thane's life miserable just like how the Griever of Worlds blatantly only existed to kill Molecule Man and get keikaku'd by Richards? What kind of useless fucking cosmic abstract-level being can't travel worlds without a vehicle?
Oh hell no, not after better stories have explained Galactus trying to redeem himself and older stories the relation of his hunger to the cosmic balance.
Ah. Neat.
my money is on it being Thane's arm, the Cates Deathwank is too powerful. He'll take after Aaron's Destroyer Arm and make Thanos take his son's Death arm
I know god quarry gets used again but I don't remember them ever being there despite living there in that run.
The Infinity Stone hammer would be pretty sick if not for the fact that there are gems on the fuckin hammering sides.
That part's just stupid.
>The Celestials had the power to distribute Infinity Stones all along
>Got bulldozed by (things that could have been stopped by wielding the Infinity Stones)
Fuck the God Quarry
Cates literally turned Galactus into a blubbering idiot with his only powers revolving around shooting cosmic energy from his palms that just keeps worrying all the time. I fucking hate it.
And then he had Thor execute him for the high crime of murdering the OC planets Thor himself was complicit in helping him to after what amounts to an angry manchild tantrum where Thor himself got into a fistfight with Beta Ray Bill and Sif.
And you are apparently supposed to feel good about this, like Galactus is a big dumb nerd and the readers are the bullies taking his lunch money
>We have another Cosmic Abstract entity OC that was literally created just to kill and weaken extremely powerful established characters or living Deus Ex Machinas.
>The character drives in a fucking ship.
>Character only lasts for about two to three issues before being swiftly forgotten about
Wasn't it because Griever was entropy incarnate and needed an anchor to travel outside of that environment?
