It gets kinda uneven after season two. It's obvious that they didn't have shit planned, so it's not as tightly written.
That being said, I thought seasons five, six, and seven were good. Seven tends to divide people though, because they introduce some new characters.
Three was okay. Four and eight are kind of a mess.
