Korra should be rebooted to have the following plot
>remove all instances of the love triangle.
She can be paired with someone, towards the end and a romantic relationship can be shown to grow over the course of the series (even one with Asami), but the entire relationship drama plot should be removed as that was thrown in by Bryke to pander to tumblr. They would literally sit in their Tumblr blog and let fans dictate to them how the series should go. It should be like Aang and Katara in ATLA.
>Make the Earth Kingdom like the Fire Nation was in ATLA
The Earth Kingdom should be the primary antagonists of Korra and the final villain should be someone more whelming than fucking Kuvira. I like the Idea that Unaloq/Vaatu should be the primary antagonists of the series who use Kuvira as some sort of puppet dictator while Unaloq acts as the shadow dictator. Vaatu shouldn't have become an arc villain he's the fucking antithesis of the avatar, he should have been the antagonist of the entire series.
>Get rid of Amon As good of a villain as Amon was, he served nothing to the series. If he were to be kept in this purposed reboot he should be an anti hero or something and he definitely shouldn't be a waterbender in disguise. He should actually be a person who uses chi blocking.
>Turn Zaheer into a different plot point than a full arc antagonist Zaheer was the best executed villain in the series, but his arc stunk. He should have never been an air bender and the Order of the Red Lotus's motive's were cringe. He should have had something to do with the Earth Kingdom and have been an official in disguise while still being the leader of the Order of the Red Lotus.
With these changes. A korra reboot would be much better than the garbage tumblrfest we got.
>He should have never been an air bender We'd probably never see a villain airbender beyond him.
Hunter Garcia
Good. Air Benders aren't supposed to be villainous
Jonathan Miller
Boring. As much as it's terrible, the original nomads would have no place in modern society.
Easton Nguyen
Fuck off idiot.

How to improve Korra: Ban it from Zig Forums so I don't have to see autists whining about a dead show that no one watched to begin with every day.
Hudson Hill
Fuck off capeshitfag

Fuck your fan fic, here is mine: >Korra is a street urchin in Republic City. >Powers that be are looking for the Avatar. >Two buddy cops find the Avatar. >Avatar is revealed in public city. >Powers that be want to teach the Avatar to maintain the balance like Aang did. >Avatar has grown up in an impoverished life. >Amon appears and starts a revolution. >Powers that be want the Avatar to crush it. >Avatar realises she can't be the Avatar of balance. That the world has changed, that she needs to help the world change. Amon takes the revolution too far. Avatar defeats him. Powers that be are happy. But the Avatar forces them to change their ways too. That the old balance cannot be maintained because the world is changing so fast. >Build into the spirits also being out of whack with the modern world and how progress has impacted our relationship with them. Cut out the dark Avatar stuff. >Have Zaheer be inspired by the Avatar to try and carve out his own change by anarchy in the Earth Kingdom. Means the Avatar has to grow: not all change is good. Some rapid change causes all these issues. Like the eventual rise of a dictator, Kuvira. >Avatar learns that the modern world is never static and change must occur but that some change can lead to even more chaos. >She antagonises those that wish to control her destiny as maintaining the balance. While she also inspires movements that perhaps go too far. There, the themes work far better.
Ian Rodriguez
>Powers that be And make them the WHITE lotus because fuck it. Why add in Red Lotus cringe antagonists when you can make the White Lotus kind of the problem because they haven't changed with the times.
Robert Morgan
Good idea
Lincoln Wood
>Korra should be reboote Why bother wasting any time or effort on it?
Jeremiah Wright
To make it good because ATLA was great
Samuel Edwards
Better then to pretend it doesn't exist and to make more ATLA
Carson Wilson
Idea for a better Vaatu >instead of being pure evil, Vaatu is just a guy >he never wanted to be the spirit of darkness and chaos, but the role had to be filled by someone, so here we are >while being restrained by Raava, Vaatu was genuinely lonely, and just wanted to explore the world >after Raava becomes the Avatar spirit, Vaatu becomes jealous of her connection to the physical world and wishes to have a similar connection >overall, Vaatu doesn’t want to create a Dark Avatar in order start a new era, or bring chaos to the world. He just wanted to merge with another cycle of reincarnation because he was extremely lonely
Get rid of Mako and Bolin replace them with non pandering men like Ryu.
Michael Johnson
>How to improve Korra Hitler Just add in Hitler, literally and unironically Adolf Hitler
Xavier Mitchell
Start by removing Raava and Vaatu from the lore, they are good and evil with yin and yang costumes attached, and shitty costumes to boot.
Next, change the Avatar to be more of a constant with respect to humanity, as long as there is humanity, the Avatar will exist. They are in a very real sense, inevitable.
Finally, the true danger of the Avatar dying in the Avatar state is not that the Avatar is perma-dead, but the link to previous Avatars is severed. This was discovered over a Millenia when some Avatar died in the Avatar state and when the Avatar was found again, it was discovered that they lost their connection to their previous lives. The 'If the Avatar dies in the Avatar state, the line ends' is a lie told initially at the start of the new line of Avatars in an attempt to prevent the current incarnation of the Avatar from dying in their Avatar state, but the info got out and it just turned them into a juicy target
Yes my changes retarded? Yes. Are my changes any more retarded then what Korra did to the franchise in general? No.
make it watchmen, Idk, make her rorschach and make her a rapist who rapes little boys and OHHHHHHHHHHHH GOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDD IMMMMMMMM FUCCCCCCKING COOOOMING
William Perez
I wonder how a Avatar from the swampbenders would be handled. Would the order find only long after she is in her teens? Would they have to educate her on the most basic things? Unless the rest of the world and the swamp got more connected in Aang's adulthood, so they're at least at village level. Also, I'm not sure the swampbenders would be that okay with one of them leaving away like that.
Jace Rodriguez
The Swampbenders are familiar with the concept of the Avatar
Josiah Sanders
That's dumb as fuck.
The mythology of Avatar the Last Airbender is Hindu inspired. So I'd go with that.
>> There are actually 3 avatars. >> Creator Avatar spirit, who did it's job and fucked right off.(Brahma) >> Preservation Avatar, who we follow throughout the series, who's job is basically never done so long as the world exists. (Vishnu) >> The destroyer avatar, who's role is to destroy everything and make way for the new world once some arbitrary condition is met. (Shiva)
>>The Antagonist is Unalaq >>Unalaq's plan consists of 3 steps >> Gain access to the spirit world. >> Find and convince the destroyer that it's time to unmake the world. >>Offer the creator Avatar his body/spirit so that he can have some say over the creation of the new world.
>>Suddenly, Korra's relationship to that of the other avatars is more diplomatic/sisterly as she tries to make a case for why the world still has a few hundred years on the clock AT LEAST. >> She gets to have her big conflict with Unalaq, but as someone trying to reach a family being manipulated by Unalaq.
Bentley Morgan
That’s a really cool idea!
Jace Brown
Kuvira did nothing wrong.

Would anyone want to see a sequel to Korea taking place during a Cold War era where the rise of spirit weapons has caused an iron curtain to form between the fire nation and the water tribe with a main antagonist inspired by Dr. Strangelove?
William Hughes
No. Thats stupid. Id rather have a sequel after Korra's dead in the 90s with a new Earth Avatar
