They will air whatever episodes were already voiced, and for the ones that aren't, they'll insert a gag where Early's voice is permanently damaged in some hairbrained drug abuse escapade.
Hell they could even do a set of gags for an entire episode trying to figure out WHY Early has a new voice.
When Rusty tries to inject a sense of reason by suggesting people's voices change gradually and naturally they'll pivot to slam the 4th wall by pointing out his voice has been the same for nearly 10 years.
